During my 1st year, I worked for Solotech Montreal on The Weeknd's pre-prod, which was a great introduction to the world of live music. Then during my years of study, my teachers Kevin HOWLAND, Thomas DUCHAINES and Jean-Michel FRIGON taught me how to mix a show, patch a stage, smaart and EQ a kit, and depending on the show, how to choose the right type of microphones.
Among others, I worked with Solotech Saguenay and Ville d'Alma Spectacles. In Alma, I did the patch for Corneille, I was a stagehand for the Bryan Adams show and I was a lighting technician for the Salle Barbe show. And in Chichoutimi, I was a stagehand for The Offsprings.
I now have a good knowledge of the X-32, the M-32, the Yamaha CL, the Yamaha QL and the Souncraft Vi.
For my final exam, I mixed the “Portée” show at La Boîte à Bleuets in Alma on the Soundcraft Vi4.
